Looking for ways to enjoy your family trampoline no matter the season? Check out these ideas for games and activities that will keep you jumping for joy all fall, winter, spring, and summer: Fall Backyard Trampoline Activities

• Have a movie night. For a movie night, you will need an inexpensive projector, a movie screen or large white sheet to hang up, and a speaker. Make sure to check the weather and pick a night that won’t be rainy. If it’s cold out, put on a jacket and snuggle up with a pile of blankets on the trampoline. Pick out a movie, grab some snacks, and add some seats if needed, and start the show!
• Work out alone or with family. Look up ways to exercise on your in-ground trampoline or follow along with a video. Break a sweat with jumping exercises or a total body workout and feel refreshed by the cool autumn breeze.
• Go camping under the stars. Camp in your own backyard by yourself or with your family. Grab some pillows, sleeping bags, blankets, and if you have a tent, you can set it up right on your trampoline (no stakes, please!). Stargaze from the trampoline and try to identify some constellations. If you have a fire pit or the space to build a safe fire in your backyard, you can add to the experience and cook s’mores!

Winter Trampoline Activities

• Make snow angels. If it happens to snow where you live, you and/or your kids can make snow angels on your trampoline! Make sure to bundle up beforehand and be careful not to slip when stepping on the trampoline.
• Have snowball fights. After a fresh snow, play games like dodgeball while throwing snowballs at one another from across the trampoline. You can also test your aim and pitch by seeing who can throw a snowball the farthest across the trampoline.
• Build a snowman or your construct own snow fort. Gather up excess snow on the trampoline or around it on the ground to build a snowman on the trampoline. Watch it move or fall as you push down on the trampoline. Create a snow fort by packing the snow into walls around the trampoline. Chill in your snow fort with blankets and hot cocoa or incorporate it into a defensive wall for your snowball fights.

Spring and Summer Trampoline Activities

• Have a water balloon fight. Just like the snowball fights for winter, you can have water balloon fights in summer. Throw water balloons at each other from across the trampoline, and try not to get hit. Be careful when jumping on the trampoline during this battle, as it may get slippery when wet.
• Make an outdoor ball pit. Fill your fenced-in trampoline with balloons, balls, or stuffed animals to turn it into a ball pit for you or the kids to jump around in. For an extra challenge, try not to pop the balloons while jumping around.
• Have a summer party. Grab a speaker and invite some friends over to jump on your trampoline. Play fun music out loud and dance around. Turn your trampoline into a picnic setting by bringing out drinks and sandwiches, snacks, or by even having a backyard barbecue.
• Play some games. There are so many fun trampoline games for you, friends, and family to play. Look up some fun games such as memory bounce, monkey in the middle, castle attack, crack the egg, trampoline twister, pillow fight, and more. You can even try making up your own games!
• Gaze at the clouds. Sometimes it is nice to just lie down on your trampoline and watch the clouds go by. Try and pick out clouds that have a certain shape. Do you see a bunny? A dragon? A heart?
• Have the perfect night for viewing the stars? Lie down on your trampoline to watch the show!
