Frequently Asked Questions
Is the 14ft × 10ft XCITYX strong enough for teens and adults?
Yes. The XCITYX is engineered for athletic performance and long-term durability.
The galvanized steel frame and 10.23 inch springs are built to handle adult jumpers while still delivering a smooth, joint-friendly bounce for younger users.
This makes it ideal for families where both children and adults want to jump confidently.
What is the frame made from, and will it resist rust in coastal climates?
The frame is constructed from hot-dip galvanized steel with a heavy zinc coating to resist corrosion.
This protective coating performs well in humid and coastal environments.
How long does assembly take for the 14ft × 10ft XCITYX?
Above-ground assembly typically takes two adults a few hours.
The frame and spring system are straightforward to install using the included spring tool and instructions.
Does the 14ft × 10ft XCITYX come with everything needed for above-ground setup?
Yes. The trampoline includes the frame, jump mat, safety pad, springs, and a spring installation tool.
Optional accessories such as an enclosure, ladder, cover, or light kit are available separately.
Is the 14ft × 10ft XCITYX suitable for athletic training?
Yes. The rectangular shape and spring configuration create consistent lift across the jumping surface.
This allows for controlled takeoff and landing, making it appropriate for families who want both recreational use and athletic-style performance.

These trampolines are very well made and super bouncy. Well worth the money, also highly recommended for wonderful customer service. This company stands behind their product and is very responsive.
We love this trampoline! Hit of the neighborhood; we're routinely the popular house for all the kids. Quality is second to none, we love that it doesn't mess up our view of the 8-acre lake in our backyard, and putting it in an area with soft sod keeps everyone safe! Great product!
