Frequently Asked Questions
What’s the difference between the 14 ft × 10 ft Primus and the 14 ft × 10 ft XCITYX?
While both models share the same 14 ft × 10 ft footprint and premium construction, the XCITYX is engineered for a more performance-focused experience.
The XCITYX features a longer spring configuration and deeper frame design that allow for increased energy return and higher lift potential, making it ideal for athletic jumpers and growing families who want more dynamic bounce over time.
Is the 14 ft × 10 ft XCITYX suitable for younger children?
Yes. While engineered for high performance, the XCITYX can be enjoyed by everyone.
Its structure is built to support long-term growth, allowing families to invest once without outgrowing the trampoline as children age.
How does the 14 ft × 10 ft XCITYX perform with heavier or advanced jumpers?
The XCITYX frame and spring system are engineered to maintain consistent rebound under higher force loads.
This ensures the bounce remains controlled, powerful, and predictable during more advanced use.
What are the benefits of the longer springs on the 14 ft × 10 ft XCITYX?
The longer springs on the XCITYX allow for greater stretch and energy transfer during each jump.
This creates increased lift potential, smoother rebound progression, and a more powerful yet controlled bounce compared to shorter spring configurations. The result is stronger performance without sacrificing stability.
What makes the 14 ft × 10 ft XCITYX padding different?
The XCITYX features a dual-level incline padding system with both 1.18in (3cm) and 2.36in (6cm) protective layers — thicker than most standard backyard trampolines.
The angled cut toward the jumping mat helps guide feet back onto the jumping surface while providing enhanced impact protection around the perimeter, setting a higher standard for edge safety and durability.

These trampolines are very well made and super bouncy. Well worth the money, also highly recommended for wonderful customer service. This company stands behind their product and is very responsive.
We love this trampoline! Hit of the neighborhood; we're routinely the popular house for all the kids. Quality is second to none, we love that it doesn't mess up our view of the 8-acre lake in our backyard, and putting it in an area with soft sod keeps everyone safe! Great product!
